These are just a few of our favorites of Kelsie. She was a blast to shoot. I hope that in the future we will get more seniors to take pictures of because I just fall in love with all the outfits and all the individual styles.

The Pruitts

It was great to take pictures of family. We had a blast. Here are some of my favorites. I had to put the picture of them in a huddle even though Josh had his nose running. Having a picture of Mike & Ginger reading the bible reminds me of how strong their families foundation is. I love the close picture of the kiddos. For a little comedy is the kids turning away from there parents kisses.

I just love taking pictures of our daughter. Just capturing every moment I can to have the memories because the days just fly by. I thought I would share just a few with you guys. If you have a little one and want someone to capture a special moment just give us a call or email. Family Photo Shoot Teaser: The Pruitts

We had the honor to take my Sisters family photos. We took them in Terre Haute, IN. For now all we have is a teaser, but soon we will have all of the editing done for all to see. Thanks guys for letting us take your pictures. We had a great time!

Reception Details

Kayla's reception was a reminder for me about how beautiful God made this earth. She used trees, flowers, and candles in such a beautiful way. Above are my favorite detail photos we took. These were all taken with just the candle light of the room, no flash!

Kayla & David-Before

I'm so happy for my cousin Kayla! Her wedding was beautiful and I feel very blessed that Jon and I got to take some photos for her. These photos above are from before the wedding. Her husband David and his groomsmen played football before. Jon enjoyed this because he is a huge football fan (GO COLTS) and also he would have been playing if it weren't for his camera. Kayla's matron of honor made her shoes for her something blue which I loved....and my other favorite was her looking outside in her dress....she also prayed during this picture which I captured and it was beautiful. One of Jon and I's favorite things was this Bible, this bible was Kayla's great great great grandmas (that might be to many greats, not sure) but it was used at her mothers bible so this bible was very important. I hope you guys enjoy the photos! Soon to follow I will post details from the reception.

Updates for J & A Furtography

How is everyone doing out there? It's Sunday and Dreary in September. Probably going to be a laid back lazy day today. Anyways, we wanted to let everyone know that we will be posting some baby pics up soon of our daughter Raegan. To show what we are capable of doing as far as baby pictures go. So be on the lookout for that post coming soon!

In other news, our facebook fan page has reached 130 fans! Thanks for all of you that joined our fan page! If you havent joined yet, head over to facebook and "become a fan"!

As far as photo shoots are concerned, we are very excited for whats ahead. In the next two months, we have been talking to several people about setting up some photo shoots. We have someone interested in wanting us to take some pictures of pet. We have someone who asked us to take some pictures of their wedding day. Which this would basically be like pictures of the bride getting ready, Groom getting ready, and all of the pre wedding pictures. We are really excited for this oppurtunity as it will bring a lot of experience! We also are in the works of setting up another Senior Picture photo shoot! And last but not least, we are also going to be scheduling our first Family photo shoot! So stay tuned because assuming we can find a time that we can meet up with all of our potential clients, then we will have a lot more pictures to post over the next few months.

Until we get those pictures to post like i said we will be posting some baby pics of our daughter to show some of what we are capable of for baby pics. We also may post some of our older work as well..The only thing about our older pictures is that they were taken with our Point and Shoot Digital Camera, not the Digital SLR. So we will see!

Senior Portrait Session: Heather

Hey J&A followers! Well this was such a fun shoot with Heather. It is our first senior photo shoot and I think we did pretty well. We (Jon, Heather, & I) laughed a whole lot and found some great places for photos. It was also fun helping Heather decide what to wear. I know that Jon and I had a hard time picking which photos to use for Heather’s Senior Photos because she took so many good ones. Here are just a few of our favorites to share with you all!

This is us! Jon, Amber, Baby Raegan, and Samson(the friendliest dog you know!) Here is some info so that you can get to know us a little bit better!

Jon's hobbies and interests include: Going to church, spending time with the family, playing guitar, watching movies, playing video games(Halo is the best!), and he loves football. He is the biggest Colts Fan you will ever see. GO COLTS!

Amber's hobbies and interests include: Raising Raegan, playing with samson, singing, and she loves to do artsy things! She is always in for a good laugh and a good prank!

Raegan's hobbies and interests include: Pooping, Sleeping, and Eating. REPEAT, Whoops forgot the giggling!

Samson's hobbies and intrests include: Eating, Playing, and Sleeping. He especially loves ripping his toys apart and being dragged on the floor!

Most of all we love photography! Our Dream has been to do photography for many years to come. We hope to be able to take photos for you!
